206.485   Tracking system reporting requirements.

206.485  Tracking system reporting requirements.--The information required for tracking movements of petroleum products pursuant to ss. 206.08, 206.09, 206.095, and 206.48 shall be submitted in the manner prescribed by the executive director of the department by rule. The rule shall include, but not be limited to, the data elements, the format of the data elements, and the method and medium of transmission to the department.
