Chapter 609 Common-law Declarations Of Trust  
609.06   Penalties.

609.06  Penalties.--Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
