560.307 Fees.
560.307 Fees.--The application shall be filed together with a nonrefundable investigation fee that shall be established by department rule; however, the investigation fee may not exceed $250. Such investigation fee shall satisfy the fee requirement for the first year of registration or the remaining part thereof.
