475.614   Power of board to adopt rules and decide questions of practice.

475.614  Power of board to adopt rules and decide questions of practice.--The board has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement provisions of law conferring duties upon it. The board may decide questions of practice arising in the proceedings before it, having regard to this section and the rules then in force.
