442.126 Local standards relating to toxic substances in the workplace prohibited.
1442.126 Local standards relating to toxic substances in the workplace prohibited.--Units of local government, as defined in chapter 165, are strictly prohibited from enacting or promulgating any rules, standards, or ordinances relating to toxic substances in the workplace.
