442.104   Secretary to provide information concerning toxic substances.

1442.104  Secretary to provide information concerning toxic substances.--The secretary shall be responsible for the dissemination of appropriate information available on the nature and hazards of toxic substances from the chemical substance information network of the federal Environmental Protection Agency and the health hazard evaluation program of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). The secretary shall promptly assist employers, employees, and state personnel with inquiries concerning the toxic nature of such substances.
