427.801 Short title.427.802 Definitions.
427.803 Duty of manufacturer and an assistive technology device dealer to conform an assistive technology device to the warranty.
427.804 Repair of nonconforming assistive technology devices; refund or replacement of devices after attempt to repair; sale or lease of returned device; arbitration; investigation; limitation of rights.
427.8041 Assistive technology device dealers registration; application; penalties; adoption of fees and fines; purchase fees.
427.805 Waiver.
427.806 Action for damages.
