413.86   Public-private partnerships.

413.86  Public-private partnerships.--The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation will enter into local public-private partnerships to the extent that it is beneficial to increasing employment outcomes for persons with disabilities and ensuring their full involvement in the comprehensive workforce investment system.
