Chapter 409 Social And Economic Assistance  
409.944   Inner City Redevelopment Assistance Grants Program.

1409.944  Inner City Redevelopment Assistance Grants Program.--There is created an Inner City Redevelopment Assistance Grants Program to be administered by the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development. The office shall develop criteria for awarding these grants which give weighted consideration to urban high-crime areas as identified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. These criteria shall also be weighted to immediate creation of jobs for residents in the targeted areas.
