377.71   Definitions; Southern States Energy Compact.

377.71  Definitions; Southern States Energy Compact.--As used in this act, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)  "Compact" means the Southern States Energy Compact;

(2)  "Board" means the Southern States Energy Board.
