403.1823 Department of Environmental Protection; rulemaking authority; administration of funds.
403.1823 Department of Environmental Protection; rulemaking authority; administration of funds.--The department shall:
(1) Adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of ss. 403.1821-403.1832.
(2) Administer and control all funds appropriated to or received by the department for the purposes of ss. 403.1821-403.1832.
