400.515 Injunction proceedings.
400.515 Injunction proceedings.--The Agency for Health Care Administration may institute injunction proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction when violation of this part or of applicable rules constitutes an emergency affecting the immediate health and safety of a patient or client.
