252.50 Penalties.
252.50 Penalties.--Any person violating any provision of ss. 252.31-252.91 or any rule or order made pursuant to ss. 252.31-252.91 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
