287.0731   Team for contract negotiations.

287.0731  Team for contract negotiations.--Contingent upon funding in the General Appropriations Act, the Department of Management Services shall establish a permanent team for contract negotiations including a chief negotiator, to specialize in the procurement of information technology resources.
