98.255   Voter educational programs and materials.

98.255  Voter educational programs and materials.--Each supervisor of elections is authorized to provide voter educational programs and materials of a nonpartisan nature in his or her county as he or she may deem appropriate. Such programs and materials shall not include any questionnaire or survey relating to candidates or issues.
