11.515 School district performance review.
11.515 School district performance review.--
(1) Any performance review of a school district pursuant to this section shall be conducted by a private firm selected by the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability through a formal request for proposal process.
(2) In developing the scope of the review, the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shall seek input from the school district subject to a review. The scope of the review shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) School district organization and management.
(b) Educational service delivery.
(c) Community involvement.
(d) Facilities use and management.
(e) Personnel management.
(f) Asset and risk management.
(g) Financial management.
(h) Purchasing.
(i) Transportation.
(j) Food service.
(k) Safety and security.
