602.099 Notification upon immediate final order.
602.099 Notification upon immediate final order.--The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall notify the Office of Citrus Canker Claims within 15 days of an immediate final order. The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall provide the Office of Citrus Canker Claims with all assistance necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
