Chapter 370 Saltwater Fisheries
370.033 Legislative intent.
370.033 Legislative intent.--It is the legislative intent to require all persons who engage in any dredge or fill activities in this state to obtain a certificate of registration from the department and also to keep accurate logs and records of all such activities so that the natural resources may be protected and conserved.
