Chapter 231 Personnel of School System  
231.1715   Confidentiality of examinations.

231.1715  Confidentiality of examinations.--All examination instruments, including developmental materials and workpapers directly related thereto, which are prepared, prescribed, or administered pursuant to ss. 231.087 and 231.17 shall be confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and from ss. 229.781 and 230.331. Provisions governing access to, maintenance of, and destruction of such instruments and related materials shall be prescribed by rules of the State Board of Education.
