921.0025 Adoption and implementation of revised sentencing scoresheets.
1921.0025 Adoption and implementation of revised sentencing scoresheets.--Rules 3.701, 3.702, 3.703, and 3.988, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, as revised by the Supreme Court, and any other rule pertaining to the preparation and submission of felony sentencing scoresheets, are adopted and implemented in accordance with this chapter for application to the Criminal Punishment Code.

1Note.--Section 2, ch. 97-194, as amended by s. 1, ch. 98-204, provides that "[t]he Florida Criminal Punishment Code, consisting of sections 921.002-921.0026, Florida Statutes, is established effective October 1, 1998, and applies to any felony committed on or after that date, excluding any capital felony."
