916.1081   Escape from program; penalty.

916.1081  Escape from program; penalty.--A defendant involuntarily committed to the department under the provisions of this chapter who escapes or attempts to escape from a facility or program commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
