Chapter 903 Bail  
903.101   Sureties; licensed persons; to have equal access.

903.101  Sureties; licensed persons; to have equal access.--Subject to regulations promulgated by the Department of Insurance, every surety who meets the requirements of ss. 903.05, 903.06, 903.08, and 903.09, and every person who is currently licensed by the Department of Insurance and registered as required by s. 648.42 shall have equal access to the jails of this state for the purpose of making bonds.
