487.204   Enforcement of federal worker protection regulations.

1487.204  Enforcement of federal worker protection regulations.--The department shall adopt by rule the regulations established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency Labeling Requirement for Pesticides and Devices, 40 C.F.R. part 156, and the Worker Protection Standard, 40 C.F.R. part 170, adopted August 21, 1992. If the provisions of this part are preempted in part by federal law, those provisions not preempted shall apply.
