461.015   Saving clauses.

461.015  Saving clauses.--

(1)  No judicial or administrative proceeding pending on July 1, 1979, shall be abated as a result of the repeal and reenactment of this chapter.

(2)  Each podiatric physician who is duly licensed on June 30, 1979, shall be entitled to hold such license. Henceforth, such license shall be renewed in accordance with the provisions of this act.
