Chapter 335 State Highway System
335.165 Welcome stations.
335.165 Welcome stations.--
(1) When funds are needed for welcome stations, the cost of such improvements shall be budgeted by the 1Department of Commerce and be subject to legislative approval and appropriation from the proper fund.
(2) Such improvements as provided in subsection (1) shall be made by the Department of Transportation, or pursuant to contract under its supervision, at the expense of the 1Department of Commerce on the basis of the cost of such improvements.
