Chapter 393 Developmental Disabilities
393.501 Rulemaking.
393.501 Rulemaking.--
(1) The department shall adopt rules to carry out the provisions of 1ss. 393.001-393.501.
(2) Such rules shall address the number of facilities on a single parcel or adjacent parcels of land, and in addition, for ICF/MR, the rate and location of facility development and level of care.
(3) Existing policies and procedures which affect clients or applicants, and their families, must be adopted by January 1, 1992.
