381.0039   Oversight of acquired immune deficiency syndrome education programs.

381.0039  Oversight of acquired immune deficiency syndrome education programs.--The Department of Education, the Department of Health, and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation are directed to establish an interagency agreement to oversee the quality and cost efficiency of acquired immune deficiency syndrome education programs being administered in the state pursuant to chapters 381, 943, and 945 and part II of chapter 455. The interagency agreement shall also include development, where appropriate, of methods for coordinating educational programs for various professional groups.
