Chapter 381 Public Health: General Provisions  
381.0014   Regulations and ordinances superseded.

381.0014  Regulations and ordinances superseded.--The rules adopted by the department under the provisions of this chapter shall, as to matters of public health, supersede all rules enacted by other state departments, boards or commissions, or ordinances and regulations enacted by municipalities, except that this chapter does not alter or supersede any of the provisions set forth in chapters 502 and 503 or any rule adopted under the authority of those chapters. Any rules adopted by the department under the provisions of this chapter relating to the sanitary practices for the production, handling, and processing of milk, to dairies, and to milk plants shall be only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of 1s. 502.211(3).
