228.088   High schools and secondary schools utilization of security programs.

228.088  High schools and secondary schools utilization of security programs.--Each district high school and secondary school shall develop and implement programs for security purposes to be in effect during school operating hours. Such programs may consist of teachers, volunteers, neighborhood watch programs, school resource officers, security guards, or any combination thereof. The Commissioner of Education shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of this section.
