984.05 Rules relating to habitual truants; adoption by Department of Education and Department of Juvenile Justice.--The Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Education shall work together on the development of, and shall adopt, rules as necessary for the implementation of ss. 232.19, 984.03(29), and 985.03(27).
