110.1246 Lump-sum bonus payments.
110.1246 Lump-sum bonus payments.--The department may, by rule, authorize an agency head to approve a lump-sum bonus payment to reward an employee. Such bonus payment shall be outside of the employee's regular base rate of pay and shall not carry over into subsequent years.
