Chapter 40 Jurors And Payment Of Jurors And Witnesses  
40.33   Deficiency.

40.33  Deficiency.--If the compensation of jurors and witnesses during a quarterly fiscal period exceeds the amount estimated by the clerk of the court and therefore is insufficient to pay in full the jurors and witnesses, the clerk of the court shall make a further requisition upon the State Courts Administrator for the amount necessary to pay such default, and the amount required shall be transmitted to the clerk of the court by warrant issued by the Comptroller in the same manner as the original requisition or order.
