616.13 Licenses upon shows within 5 miles of fair.
616.13 Licenses upon shows within 5 miles of fair.--Every person engaged in the business of providing temporary amusement devices and amusement attractions within 5 miles of and within 30 days before or during any public fair or exposition being operated by a fair association, when not operating in connection with that fair or exposition, shall pay a license tax of $1,000 per day.
