492.107 Seals.
492.107 Seals.--
(1) The board shall prescribe, by rule, a form of seal to be used by persons holding valid licenses. All geological papers, reports, and documents prepared or issued by the licensee shall be signed by the licensee, dated, and stamped with said seal. Such signature, date, and seal shall be evidence of the authenticity of that to which they are affixed. It is unlawful for any person to stamp or seal any document with a seal after that person's license has expired or been revoked or suspended, unless reinstated or reissued.
(2) No registrant shall affix or permit to be affixed the registrant's seal or name to any geologic reports, papers, or other documents which depict work which the registrant is not licensed to perform or which is beyond the registrant's profession or specialty therein.
