489.527   Certificateholders qualified to participate in projects under s. 235.31.

489.527  Certificateholders qualified to participate in projects under s. 235.31.--Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in s. 235.31 relating to prequalification of bidders, any person holding a certificate shall be deemed qualified to participate in any project thereunder.
