487.202   Legislative intent.

1487.202  Legislative intent.--It is the intent of the Legislature, by this part, to ensure that agricultural workers employed in the state receive protection from agricultural pesticides. The Legislature intends to assure that agricultural workers be given information concerning agricultural pesticides.
