483.30 Licensing of centers.
483.30 Licensing of centers.--A person may not conduct, maintain, or operate a multiphasic health testing center in this state without obtaining a multiphasic health testing center license from the agency. The license is valid only for the person or persons to whom it is issued and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred, voluntarily or involuntarily. A license is not valid for any premises other than the center for which it is issued. However, a new license may be secured for the new location for a fixed center before the actual change, if the contemplated change is in compliance with this part and the rules adopted under this part. A center must be relicensed if a change of ownership occurs. Application for relicensure must be made 60 days before the change of ownership.
