414.25   Exemption from leased real property requirements.

414.25  Exemption from leased real property requirements.--In order to facilitate implementation of this chapter with respect to establishing jobs and benefits offices, the Department of Labor and Employment Security and the Department of Children and Family Services are exempt from the requirements of s. 255.25 which relate to the procurement of leased real property. This exemption expires June 30, 1998.
