PART I EMERGENCY TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (ss. 401.013-401.027)
401.021   System director.

401.021  System director.--The director of the 1Division of Communications is designated as the director of the statewide telecommunications system of the regional emergency medical service and, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part, is authorized to coordinate the activities of the telecommunications system with other interested state, county, local, and private agencies.

Section 4, ch. 97-296, requires the Division of Statutory Revision to prepare a reviser's bill for submission to the 1998 Regular Session of the Legislature substituting references to the Department of Management Services in the Florida Statutes for references to divisions, bureaus, or other units of that department.
