400.29 Annual report of nursing home facilities.
400.29 Annual report of nursing home facilities.--The agency shall publish an annual report on or before January 1 of each year, which shall be available to the public and which shall include, but not be limited to:
(1) A list by name and address of all nursing home facilities in this state.
(2) Whether such nursing home facilities are proprietary or nonproprietary.
(3) The rating of each nursing home facility.
(4) The name of the owner or owners.
(5) The total number of beds.
(6) The number of private and semiprivate rooms.
(7) The religious affiliation, if any, of such nursing home facility.
(8) The languages spoken by the administrator and staff of such nursing home facility.
(9) Whether or not such nursing home facility accepts recipients of Title XVIII (Medicare) or Title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act.
(10) Recreational and other programs available.
