252.91 Loan of startup costs.
252.91 Loan of startup costs.--Money transferred in accordance with s. 215.18 to the Operating Trust Fund for purposes of paying all startup costs relating to the operation of the program shall be repaid from the moneys received in fees in equal annual installments for 5 years beginning July 1, 1994.
