252.855   Consolidated reporting forms; single fee payment and due date.

252.855  Consolidated reporting forms; single fee payment and due date.--The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Community Affairs shall develop consolidated reporting forms for the EPCRA and storage tank registration programs and shall provide for a single annual fee payment and payment due date for reporting required from petroleum distributors and retail outlets under chapters 252, 376, and 403 notwithstanding any conflicting provisions of chapters 252, 376, and 403. The consolidated reporting and payment provisions shall be effective no later than July 1, 1998.
