240.349 Requirements for participation in Community College Program Fund.
240.349 Requirements for participation in Community College Program Fund.--Each district which participates in the state appropriations for the Community College Program Fund shall provide evidence of its effort to maintain an adequate community college program which shall:
(1) Meet the minimum standards prescribed by the State Board of Education in accordance with s. 240.325.
(2) Effectively fulfill the mission of the community colleges in accordance with s. 240.301.
