240.285 Transfer of funds.
240.285 Transfer of funds.--Notwithstanding the limitations of s. 216.292(2)(a), the State University System is authorized to transfer up to 15 percent from salaries to other personal services; however, such actions shall be shown in the legislative budget request which includes actual expenditures for the preceding fiscal year.
