240.225 Applicability of certain sections.
240.225 Applicability of certain sections.--The Department of Management Services shall, by rule, provide for delegation to the State University System of the functions and duties in chapter 287 as they pertain to the State University System. No additional positions shall be authorized for the State University System to implement the provisions of this section.
