240.219 Department of Legal Affairs to represent board in condemnation proceedings.
240.219 Department of Legal Affairs to represent board in condemnation proceedings.--Any suits or actions brought by the Board of Regents to condemn property, as provided in s. 240.217, shall be brought in the name of the Board of Regents, and the Department of Legal Affairs shall conduct the proceedings for, and act as the counsel of, the Board of Regents.
