236.0815 Inclusion of certain students within basic program.
236.0815 Inclusion of certain students within basic program.--A student who has completed the credit requirements for graduation prescribed by the school board pursuant to s. 232.246, but has not mastered the basic skills or functional literacy requirements therein, and is being provided special instruction designed to remedy his or her identified deficiencies, shall not be reported in membership in the basic program of grades 10, 11, and 12 as provided by s. 236.081 beyond his or her senior year. The additional educational services provided these students shall be funded from the district's receipts of state compensatory education funds.
