737.625 Killer not entitled to receive property or other benefits by reason of victim's death.
737.625 Killer not entitled to receive property or other benefits by reason of victim's death.--A beneficiary of a trust who unlawfully kills the grantor or another person upon whose death such beneficiary's interest depends, shall not be entitled to any trust interest dependent upon the victim's death, and such interest shall devolve as though the killer had predeceased the victim.
