287.131   Assistance of Department of Insurance.

287.131  Assistance of Department of Insurance.--The Department of Insurance shall provide the 1division with technical assistance in all matters pertaining to the purchase of insurance for all agencies, and shall make surveys of the insurance needs of the state and all departments thereof, including the benefits, if any, of self-insurance.
