Chapter 281 Safety And Security Services  
281.09   Bonding required of officers and agents.

281.09  Bonding required of officers and agents.--The Department of Management Services shall ensure that each officer and agent of the 1Division of Capitol Police is adequately bonded in accordance with its procedures relating to blanket bonding of public employees.
